This course is for a minimum of 12 participating students and a maximum of 15. The number of observers is not limited.

The repertoire is chosen to allow students with a range of ability and experience to choose the most appropriate pieces to study. You are not required to conduct all the pieces, but you will benefit more from the course if you acquire study scores for them all. For beginners or relatively inexperienced students, we recommend that you choose two or three sections or movements and learn them thoroughly in advance of the course.

We strongly recommend that people with very little conducting experience should take a Beginners' Day course before attending a weekend course. Click here for more information.

Fees

Participant (full fee): £159.00Participant (concession): £129.00. Concessions are for students, senior citizens, registered disabled, jobseekers.Observer: £110.00Audience (Sunday afternoon) £5.00 per head
This is a charge for people unconnected with the course to attend the final afternoon (to include tea and cake). It does not include family members of students.

The fee covers tuition, lunches and refreshments. It does not cover travel, accommodation or Saturday dinner. We normally make a group reservation at a local restaurant for Saturday evening.

Concessionary Fees

We offer a concessionary fee to full-time students of any age; those who are registered disabled; those who are registered as Job Seekers, and those who are eligible to receive the state pension.
