Please fill in this form to book a place on the course(s) you are interested in.

We will contact you to confirm your place and to ask you for a few more details.

We will invoice you on confirmation of your place. We are able to take payment by cheque, cash or bank transfer, and we will shortly be able to take credit card bookings as well. Please e-mail us if you pay by bank transfer, so that we can confirm that payment has arrived.

Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy will apply as soon as you submit your booking. Cancellation by the applicant will be refunded on the following basis:

Cancellations 2 weeks before: a full refund will be made.Cancellations 1 week before: a 50% refund will be made.Cancellations after that date: no refund will be made.

We should be grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

OCW carries public liability insurance to cover its students and staff. However, this does NOT include instruments and equipment owned by students, which are brought to any of the courses or study days. We endeavour to keep all students and their belongings secure. However, if you are bringing an instrument of your own, please ensure that you have it adequately insured.
